Amanda Irene – Founder
A committed nonprofit leader with extensive experience bridging access gaps, empowering underserved communities, and advancing social impact initiatives.
AIM-Link was founded to address the barriers young people in Tanzania face due to limited access to technology, networks, and the skills needed for advancement. Many talented and hardworking youth struggle to further their education and careers because they lack essential skills and resources.
Through AIM-Link, Amanda is working to connect, equip, and empower youth with digital access, practical skills, mentorship, and pathways to education, employment, and entrepreneurship.
Her background in community service, nonprofit work, and organizational leadership has shaped a practical, people-centered approach to impact, driving meaningful change for young people through support for job seekers, skills training programs, and community engagement strategies that connect individuals with valuable resources and opportunities.
Amanda holds an MBA with a focus on management and uses her planning and leadership skills to build sustainable opportunities for young people to thrive in a changing digital world.
